National Preparedness month is a fantastic time to review your emergency preps and resources, although regular review of your food storage, equipment, tools, and plans is ideal. With so much happening throughout society, it’s always an excellent idea to be prepared.
We found some valuable resources from a FEMA publication but we decided to copy the format & make our own version for you, one that provides the blank form for you print, fill out, review, and securely store.
